Amo & Rolle LLC (“Amo & Rolle,” “we,” “us”) operates amorolle.com and the subscription applications offered through the Amo & Rolle hub, including Scripture, Trading, Real Estate CRM, Faceless, and related tools. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you create an account, subscribe to an application, request access, or opt in to SMS:

• Name, email address, and account credentials
• Mobile phone number, only when you choose to provide it for SMS
• Subscription, billing, and support information
• Application activity needed to deliver the service you subscribed to

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in on https://amorolle.com/opt-in, we use your mobile number only to send automated customer-care text messages from Amo & Rolle LLC about account support, service updates, and help with the applications you subscribe to. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel any time. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

Amo & Rolle LLC does not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing or for any non-service purpose. We use the number only to deliver the customer-care messages you opted into. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Real Estate CRM may store phone numbers that licensed agents use to manage their own client relationships inside the CRM. Those numbers are not used for Amo & Rolle A2P text campaigns, and we do not send SMS to people as outreach to gather new business.

How we use information

• To create and maintain your account and subscription
• To deliver the application features you paid for or were invited to use
• To send SMS only after you give express consent
• To respond to support requests and protect the security of the service

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example hosting, email, payment, and SMS delivery). They may use the information only to perform those services for us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices
