These terms govern use of amorolle.com and the subscription applications operated by Amo & Rolle LLC. By creating an account or using an application, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access to Amo & Rolle applications is by account and subscription or invitation. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may use the applications only for lawful purposes and only for the services you subscribed to.

SMS program terms

Amo & Rolle LLC offers an optional customer-care SMS program for users who already subscribe to an application. By opting in at https://amorolle.com/opt-in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Amo & Rolle LLC about account support, service updates, and help with that application. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

• Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop SMS to that number.
• Reply HELP for help. We will reply with support contact information.
• You can also email support@amorolle.com or visit https://amorolle.com/opt-in.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any application.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send SMS to random or scraped phone numbers to solicit new business. Real Estate CRM contact records are for licensed agents to manage existing client work inside the CRM and are not an SMS marketing list.

Acceptable use

You may not use the applications to send unsolicited messages, to violate privacy or telecommunications law, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including mobile numbers, is described in the Privacy Policy.
